Dr. Robert Higgins

Dr. Robert Higgins is graduate of Central Dauphin High School and Juniata College, Dr. Higgins was active in academic, extracurricular and community activities, receiving scholar recognition while also playing NSCAA soccer and volunteering in the community. He interned at Penn State College of Medicine and received his DMD degree from Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry.
